A passion for building custom homes grew as a natural progression.
From the early days of renovations and insurance clean-up work, I eventually found my calling in the rough carpentry and framing aspect of new home construction. It was in this area I really started to understand what makes a home structurally sound, built to last a lifetime all while achieving modern day design elements and architectural flair. Working with different crews and different builders has allowed Maize Homes the benefit of multiple points of view and process. Fostering great relationships with all the different subtrades we use to complete a project helps us remain competitive, forward thinking, and a trusted business member of the community.
Today Maize Homes completes a selection of custom homes each year. Some we build on speculation and offer for sale on our own lots and others we are contracted to build to completion for homeowners on land they have yet to purchase or may have already purchased.
The Maize Homes difference can be summed up by the attention we devote to each build. You as the homeowner have the benefit of having the owner and staff on site each day coordinating and paying attention to details. We form lasting relationships with each other, our subtrades and you the homeowner.
